Organic Products
The safer, natural and organic products are relatively more expensive. However, we feel the long term benefits of using these products outweigh the additional cost we pay for them.
Gro-Pro uses 75% to 100% fewer pesticides than other companies, including store-bought products, which is one way to keep costs down. Due to our exclusive integrated pest management philosophy we can reduce our overall pesticide use by selectively using control materials. We do spot treatments with safer materials that are available.
Improved Customer Service
The manager will provide personal handwritten notes explaining any problems found on either lawn or shrubs plus other actions that you may want to improve the appearance of your property. This will help you get the best value for your dollar including a safer, worry-free lawn.
Before leaving we clean all sidewalks, driveways and patio areas, unlike most companies that do not clean materials that can be tracked into your home.

If you are not completely satisfied during the program (after following watering and cutting instructions) send us your concerns in writting within 30 days of your last application. We will work with you until you are satisfied or we will refund the cost of the last application.
